SSL Certificate Installation Issue #TKT-2023017
I'm having trouble installing the SSL certificate on my domain. The verification process is failing each time I try to activate the certificate.
I've followed the instructions in the documentation, but I keep getting an error message saying "Domain validation failed" when I try to verify ownership through the DNS method.
I've added the TXT record to my DNS settings as instructed, but it's still not working. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

I checked the TXT record using the tool you suggested, and it seems that the record is visible from most locations, but not all. Maybe that's causing the issue?
I double-checked the TXT record, and it matches exactly what was provided in the instructions. I'll wait a bit longer for the DNS to propagate fully and try the verification again.

Thank you for providing the domain name. I've checked the DNS records for example-domain.com, and I can confirm that the TXT record is present, but it appears that there might be an issue with the formatting.
The TXT record value should be exactly as follows (including the quotes):
"a1b2c3d4e5f6g7h8i9j0"
However, I notice that in your case, there's an extra space character at the beginning of the value. This small difference can cause the validation to fail.
Please update the TXT record to remove the extra space, and then wait about 15-30 minutes before trying the validation again. If the issue persists, please let me know, and we'll look into other potential causes.
